PUBG: New State has a futuristic take on the traditional formula of the franchise. Krafton shared a teaser video as they announced that the game is getting a new vehicle. It is not just any vehicle. It is Bugatti’s Rimac Nevera.
The Rimac Nevera isn’t the only thing rolling into New State soon. The January patch preview was also just posted, giving us a look at new content launching the week of January 10. A new Extreme mode limits the battle royale to just 64 players and a 20-minute time limit for some much faster-paced matches. The P90 assault rifle is coming to the game, along with two new attachments and general balance changes for all weapons.
The upcoming PUBG New State update brings Rimac Nevera to the Troi map. Players will be able to find the car and take it on a test drive. The Nevera is an electric vehicle with 1,914 horsepower and 258 miles-per-hour speed, which allows it to reach a quarter-mile in just nine seconds.
Unfortunately, Krafton did not reveal when they were officially releasing the vehicle for use. All PUBG: New State’s fans know about its launch is that it is “coming soon.”
PUBG New State will get a limited-time Nevera-themed crate that will feature five different colours for the car including Gunpowder Grey, Nevera Blue, Sunburst Red, Prism Glow, and Luminous Gold. The crate is also expected to have other Nevera-themed cosmetics such as skins for parachutes and outfits. Krafton will announce more details about Rimac Nevera and other new content in the coming weeks.
