Use it digitally
Open Vendor_Event_Checklist.html in a browser to use the Event Desk. Entries save on that device when browser storage is available. Use Back up / restore to copy an event backup into a plain text file and restore it later or on another device. PDF, Excel and browser entries are separate and do not sync.
One-time purchase. No account, subscription or printing required. Track up to 40 products and 40 expenses per event. A desktop or laptop browser is the easiest starting point.
Files and compatibility
Your ZIP contains an HTML workspace, a 13-page PDF, an XLSX workbook and a text guide. Use a form-capable PDF reader and Excel if choosing those formats. Other spreadsheet apps may change formatting or validation. No macros, automated posting, payment integration, physical shipment or custom setup are included. Sample data is fictional.
